• Ability to deliver technical or clinical HCIT training for customers and internal team. Development work for new product introductions, existing education courses, classrooms and equipment
  
• Understands customers’ requirements for HCIT solutions and designs training content specifically for users’ configuration
  
• Excellent facilitation skills including creative training techniques and the ability to identify and adjust to students who have varied learning styles
  
• Trains how GE solutions can meet customer needs and deliver exceptional value. Familiar with customer environments and how to integrate HCIT
  

• Bachelor’s degree in associated field
  
• Deep technical product knowledge
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics
  
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  
• Experience with education principles and delivery techniques
  
• Some training experience
  
• Significant clinical/technical experience using relevant software
  
• Extensive travel required, including overnight stays
  

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, professional disposition and demeanor
• Makes presentations and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence
• Responds quickly to the needs of an audience and to their reactions and feedback
• Projects credibility
