Essential Responsibilities: | The solution applications specialist has the following responsibilities:
Creates and executes strategy for optimizing the workflow configuration and applications training delivered to customers by regional applications teams. Finding ways to simplify and streamline the change management activities for customers moving to new applications. Contributes to the definition, design and refinement of clinical products to address customer needs and to ensure intuitive & efficient workflow Provides applications support and training for sites evaluating prototypes of new applications, new features in various development stages. Prioritizes customer’s requests as needed to streamline change management and training Translates customer’s requests into modifications to put in the software and work with the engineering team on feasibility Provide clinical feedback to Engineering, operational and strategic marketing from the feasibility studies and customer’s evaluations Performs sanity tests on prototype releases, creates database of clinical cases to validate new releases Participates to the usability activities as defined in the GE Quality Management System. Helps sustain Reference Sites/ Luminaries´ collaborations Contributes to management of customer complaints related to training & config Develops and maintain clinical reference configurationsKey Responsibilities/essential functions include (in addition to the items above):
Bring clinical expertise in the product roadmap definition Work closely with marketing team to promote clinical benefits during medical congresses, and through marketing documentation (brochures, flyers, clinical symposia, slide presentations, demonstration films) Meet with customers to present prototypes and to capture customer feedback Train and educate the field (Modality application specialists, sales specialists) on the EI solution |

5+ years’ PACS workflow experience in clinical routineEligibility Requirements:
