Role Summary/Purpose: | In this Internship you will support sales, implementations, upgrades and service within our radiology IT portfolio, mainly at public hospitals as well as private departments. You will be part of the Nordic Heatlhcare IT organization and your focus will be the Danish market. We are looking for a driven person that wants to be part of a journey that will transform Healthcare by leveraging and developing innovative IT Technologies. |
Essential Responsibilities: |
- Supporting Senior Applications Consultants in configuration work.
- Supporting Senior Applications Consultants, other GE team members and customers in workflow discussions so that our solutions as well as customer processes become as effective as possible.
- Support formal trainings at customer sites. Later after getting enough expertise, conduct customer trainings by himself/herself.
- Supporting the sales of GEHC IT products to the medical community by assisting the Sales representatives with pre-sales demonstrations and clinical trials.
- Supporting installed base customers in application related questions, incidents and service requests. Document the given service in GE’s service management tool.
- Form performing teams with Customer Care and Integration Consultants to support customers in cross-functional issues and solutions.
- Produce well written post-training reports and provide written product feedback.
- Create application instructions to customers in Danish.
- Document the customer workflow.

Qualifications/Requirements: |
- Studies in the area of radiology or medical technology.
- Willingness to deeply learn IT systems used in radiology.
- Comfortable in a physician and clinical/patient care environment.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and to work independently.
- Ability to network in order to find answers from different experts.
- Listens, consults others and communicates proactively.
- Willingness to work in the IT domain.
- Establishes good relationships with customers and staff.
- Takes initiatives and responsibility for actions, projects and people.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites in Denmark. Occasionally also outside of Denmark.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
- EU work permit.
- Valid driving license.
- Be able to work 20+ hours per week.
