In fact, our engagement scores went up a full point in 2015, to 81% - which placed us in the Top 25% of all similar surveys conducted by IBM —a testament to the success of our integration with GE Healthcare.

There is a high level of confidence that leadership and management are doing the right things, and employees are happy to be part of the GE family. Our employees feel like they are connected to the larger vision, and 81% of them feel a personal sense of accomplishment in their work.
