Role Summary/Purpose: The internship will be involved in the service operations activities within HCIT IMI organization.
Main focus will be:
  • Data harmonization and population in the frame of the new calls handling tools (Care4IT)
  • introduction in the IMI region Support of the Care4IT launch in the IMI region
  • Introduction and support of the new customer portal functionality in Care4IT
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, review, harmonize and populate IMI installed base data in Care4IT. Support Care4IT and
  • customer portal activation within the region. Liaise with the local Care4IT project manager to
  • successfully introduce and launch the tool
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Master Degree in Engineering with IT specialization
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Linux development skill sets
  • Strong communication skills, internally and externally
  • Ability to work with multi-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Information Technology products
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • EU work permit
