- Ownership and management of customer incidents to resolution within agreed SLA’s. Responsible for taking 1st line support calls, analyzing problem and providing fix to close incidents.

- Maintain and develop knowledge on PACS and RIS systems both technically and within current IT industry standards. Full product training will be provided.

- Providing Technical expertise (to standard and complex Issues, escalating to higher levels of support whilst retaining ownership throughout.

- Ensure levels of documentation are complete and fit for purpose for the Service Support teams to manage the environment handed over to them.

- To ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded in delivery of service.

- To ensure consistent performance to internal KPIs targets or to exceed performance.

- Assist Account Development Managers and Project Managers in development and delivery of plans on key accounts.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Expertise in :

- Core Platforms (Windows Server, SQL Server, VMWare)

- LDAP, Active Directory, Domain management

- SQL Server administration skills

- SQL Transact (the ability to read, understand and create SQL scripts including stored procedures not essential).

- Reporting Software knowledge - e.g. Crystal Reports, Business Objects.

- ITIL Foundation
