Role Summary/Purpose: In the context of Imaging project mainly in Belgium and Nederland, GE HCIT search an applications specialist imaging RIS / PACS.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training provided to the customer with groups of Service Engineer and Sales.
  • Supporting the sales process through product technical presentations.
  • Answering a variety of questions about the software and clinical applications.
  • Having strong analytical skills and problem solving.
  • Writing quality post-training reports and providing written feedback on the product.
Support activities at fairs.
The successful candidate will have the initiative and will work independently in a dynamic business environment where things change very quickly.
It also possessing strong customer management skills coupled with an ability to work in environments where high pressure points.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Radiology technician training (m / f) or medical documentation, computer science or medical technology, preferably with experience in radiology or nuclear medicine or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge on worklow / workflow in radiology as well as enforcement and / or administration technology systems for medical information such as RIS (Radiology Information System) and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).
  • Training experience.

Quality Specific Goals:

1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.

3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
