Role Summary/Purpose: | The Process Architect (m/f) develops an outcome driven view of Intensive Care Units using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework compatible with our IT systems. |
Essential Responsibilities: | The Process Architect (m/f) reports directly to Commercial Development Leader into Europe central commercial team and works closely with regional applications and service teams. In addition, the Process Architect (m/f) works though others at every level of the organization supporting and cooperating install base management. Finally, the Process Architect (m/f) may provide direct input into the development and sales cycle that supports the achievement of key goals, planning and execution of bottom line IT system value. - Conduct analysis to determine intensive care workflow
challenges to create the best path for solving them including processes improvement, our IT systems configuration, user training, and/or possible software upgrade. - Apply and utilize ICU modelling methods to ensure outcomes
oriented deliverables in a way that can be recreated and used as a standard configuration available to project sales standard offers and faster execute implementations. - Ensure process/configuration models are grounded from a
clinical/functional/operational standpoint. - Generate consensus with internal regional sales and
applications teams. - Maintain updated our IT system expertise being the product
reference for regional apps. - Perform basic and advanced product training for applications.
- Communicate strategy, programs, issues and needs through operating
mechanisms to review and share best practice through regions. - Create and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to
enhance product promotion.

Qualifications/Requirements: | 35.7pt;">- Bachelor’s degree in technical,
business or related discipline - Experience helping teams go
through change and change process - Strong communication and active listening skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Fluent English
