Role Summary/Purpose: | The Cybersecurity Solutions Enablement and Integration Leader will work across the HCIT portfolio for the US/ North American Market and integrate as needed with Global Teams to facilitate and drive go-to-market effectiveness and alignment of the Cybersecurity Solutions portfolio for the North and South American Region. |
Essential Responsibilities: | This consultative position will work with the Cybersecurity Solutions practice, marketing, services delivery/ consulting, sales, and product teams to drive go-to-market effectiveness and delivery excellence. The Cybersecurity Solutions Enablement and Integration Leader is an internal and external representative of the business, who will support aspects of client relationship development and management, upsell, engagement delivery/ leadership, people leadership, practice and knowledge management for Cybersecurity capability area. Key areas of focus include: Help drive Opportunity Identification - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Services, and Sales Teams to work across the customer base to help identify and drive new opportunities for solutions and enhancements to the cybersecurity services offer; support the NSI process to develop and launch new offers and support short term and long term roadmap development - Work with the sales/ consulting, marketing and services delivery team to support development of pilots, new solutions, customized solutions, and outcomes translation for the customer - Collaborate closely with marketing to translate customer needs, market analysis, competitive analysis, and regulatory environment factors into actionable strategies and tactics for the services; formulate the value proposition and help develop the content for internal education on the offers and external delivery - Support definition the solutions offers and collaborate closely with marketing and commercial teams to develop and operationalize a promotional strategy and commercial distribution strategy - Support Sales Enablement and Customer Engagement: Assist in development and maintenance of a trusted advisor relationship with both our external customers and internal commercial, product, and marketing teams to drive effectiveness of new solutions and opportunities. Drive Services Delivery Team Integration, Staffing and Mentoring - Serve as a key resources to help mentor, coach and enable the professional services delivery teams in the delivery of cybersecurity solutions, particularly early adoptions and new offers - Assist the Practice Leader/Director of Cybersecurity in defining the services enablement and delivery model inclusive of clear scope of work and skill sets required and staffing needs - Responsible for helping align internal resources across business areas to staff engagements Standardize professional services delivery and solutions & practice effectiveness - Drive standardization of delivery tool sets and hardening of offers and delivery SOPs and systems. Play a key role with marketing, product management and consulting in the development of solutions playbooks to harden all solutions offers - Build a shared knowledgebase regarding delivery and solution delivery - Work collaboratively to establish key metrics for the quality and effectiveness of the Cybersecurity practice with an emphasis on delivery and customer results Success for this role will be measured by the effectiveness, quality of solution hardening and delivery and organizational effectiveness and competitiveness of the Cybersecurity Solutions offers and delivery capabilities in the market (with an emphasis on customer delight). The successful applicant will be a key player in helping to drive growth, competitiveness, and long-term adoption. Other metrics may be project based and can include: - Ability to close orders and execute outcomes - Utilization, billability of the delivery team - Effective Launch of Engagements and New Solutions resulting in positive testimonials - On Time Release of solutions - Drive to customer acceptance on all deployments |
Qualifications/Requirements: | - B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience - Bachelor’s Degree coupled with a minimum of 5 years in the software business segment or a minimum of 8 years of experience in the software industry with a proven track record of business development and consultative & solution selling and services delivery to the hospital and physician practice markets - Minimum of 8 years of consultative sales, service, advisory consulting, or marketing experience including experience developing, launching, and managing solutions. - Willingness and ability to travel nationally (up to 30%) to customers, trade shows, and internal meetings. Desired Characteristics: | - MBA - Experience in consultative selling to the provider setting particularly hospitals and physician groups at the C-Suite and Departmental levels - Demonstrated experience in leading teams (direct or indirect) and in managing projects and program teams; experience growing new businesses from the ground up and driving an entrepreneurial culture both within a team and across other teams - Minimum of 7 years experience leading a consulting/service delivery team - Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process Minimum 7 years Healthcare IT sales, service, or consulting experience inclusive of development and sales of New Services and/or Consulting Offers Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment - Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages - Experience working within a provider setting is a plus (health system, hospital management company, physician group, etc.) Masters Degree in relevant area (MBA, MHA, etc.) is a plus - Project Management Certification and consultative selling training and certification is desirable - Strong awareness and understanding of the Healthcare industry preferably in an acute hospital setting and major trends in the geography in which client projects are delivered. - Demonstrated data mining and analytical skills, ability to handle detail proficiently. - Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated experience speaking and writing clearly and convincingly - Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills - Dependable: able to work independently and consistently meet or exceed performance expectations. - Adaptable: able to adjust work and communication style based on situational needs. - Demonstrate an aptitude for critical thinking to include evaluation of ideas and synthesizing information into insights. - Proven ability to accomplish large volume of high quality work under pressure |
