Role Summary/Purpose: In this role you provide customer training and support for our Cardiovascular IT Solutions. You work with the customer incl. the IT System Administrator to guide them on optimum solution adoption and utilization and to establish a training plan. You deliver on-site/remote user training prior to system installation & go-live support.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Lead the reference site and key opinion leader engagement in the European regions (supported by product management team).
  • Work closely with the reference and collaboration customers to understand their needs for workflow and outcomes as well as consolidating their feedback on the solution.
  • Design and deliver technical and clinical Cardiovascular IT training to customers and internal teams. Provide development work for new product introductions, existing education courses, classrooms and equipment.
  • Understand customer requirements for Cardiovascular IT solutions and design training content specifically for users’ configuration.
  • Provide sales support by supporting congresses, build and review clinical presentations on the product and participate in show site visits.
  • Be the clinical leader for Cardiovascular IT solutions in Europe.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, medical IT, electronic/biomedical engineering or clinical field of study or education as a nurse with a passion for IT
  • Good understanding of key IT elements: databases, networks, software and hardware setup, VM ware, mobile devices
  • Good understanding of hospital care processes and financial/workflow processes in hospitals
  • Prepared to travel across Europe (60%)
  • Experience with medical devices
