Role Summary/Purpose:
Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of and help with the designing of our Radiology Information Systems (RIS)
  • Gather and deeply understand customer requirements such as new features, regulatory changes, or desired customer or workflow outcomes, and to help product management with the prioritization of these developments
  • Own the planning and drive the implementation of features/solutions/outcomes with our local R&D departments

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, apprenticeship as MTRA or similar education in a medical IT environment
  • Practical experience as MTRA, super user or system administrator in a hospital or large radiology center or as Application Specialist in a Radiology Information System/Picture archiving and communication system (RIS/PACS software systems) or equivalent
  • Extensive experience with established work processes in multiple fields such as Computed tomography (CT), Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and preferably Radiology Information System/Picture archiving and communication system (RIS/PACS software systems)
  • High IT affinity
  • Familiar with the radiology workflow, including reporting
  • Experience as a trainer with good presentation
  • Very good communication skills
  • Capability to build a plan and prioritize
  • Strong autonomy, pro-activity and leadership
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel and capacity to work globally (~25%)
