Role Summary/Purpose:
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Increase understanding of preferred workflows in Italy
    • Analyze workflows from different customers in Italy with support of the local team and give feedback to central team
    • Give recommendations for improvement of standardized Italian workflow
  • Understand the recommendations for national registry for cardiovascular procedures in Italy
    • Analyze requirements and identify gaps with Cardiovascular IT products today
    • Give recommendations for product improvement on registries
  • Support for configuration in small projects
    • Get comfortable with the Cardiovascular IT system
    • Support the Central European team with some small configuration questions for Italian customers
Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Student (m/f) in IT, medical IT or electronic/biomedical engineering
  • Good understanding of key IT elements: databases, networks, software and hardware setup, VM ware, mobile devices
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
  • Structured and well organized
  • Fluent in Italian both written and verbal
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English language
  • Occasional travel to Italy
  • Interest in healthcare IT/ medical technology
