Role Summary/Purpose: | This position under general direction, conducts business and systems analysis, leads software and process design changes, and generates application documentation. Individual will work directly with customers to gather requirements, and be the technical liaison between the software development team and the business customers. |
Essential Responsibilities: | Acts as the Product Owner within an Agile scrum team performing the following: Manages Backlog Meets with Customers to research user needs Interprets the business needs Prepares User Requirements and translates requirements for Engineering Works with technical writers on documentation Represents the project stakeholders throughout the process Provides domain expertise during the acceptance testing process Supports efforts on Early Readiness Testing (ERT) Collaborates with User Experience Team on usability testing to ensure the right product is being produced for the customer Troubleshoots in support of issues that come up from Services Team Provides training on the product to other groups and may support training efforts with Customers Works closely with Product Management to understand the strategic roadmap and provides input. Keeps current with industry trends and domain expertise |

Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, healthcare or related field 5+ years’ experience in product management, product development, or related field Excellent oral and written communications skills Strong analytical and process skills Strong project management skills Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment |

Desired Characteristics: | MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
