Role Summary/Purpose: | Reporting to the Global Product Manager, the AW Server Leader role provides solutions configuration, implementation and technical support to AW Sales and C-level customers on a global basis and supports Product Management and Marketing with technical input. |
Essential Responsibilities: | Provide technical support to sales and marketing for product development and introduction
Review engineering testing and validation of our products to maintain high quality products for release Document and contribute hospital architectural considerations for enterprise advanced imaging products Contribute architectural input to RFP responses and support Sales with complex configurations at the enterprise level Support onsite demonstrations and tradeshow teams with configuration information
Drive customer satisfaction for the AW Server Own the technical relationship at the C-suite level with strategic AW customer accounts to inspire customer confidence. Provide applications and technical support to customer in association with GE Service to ensure proper implementation and function of AW Server systems. Scope includes AW Server, GE & 3rd party integration, and related issues. Communicate customer feedback to central and upstream teams for pilots and NPIs, using clinical and technical expertise to translate into product roadmap definition Be the AW point of contact for 3rd party integration businesses such as PACS and RIS providers Work cross-functionally with Marketing to assure that training, sales support, marketing communications, and related collateral contain technically correct product positioning. |
Qualifications/Requirements: | Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field Minimum 3 years of experience with AW, AW applications, PACS Minimum 3 years of experience in resolving applications/technical customer issuesEligibility Requirements:

Desired Characteristics: | MSc or Master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field
5 years or more of AW Engineering and/or AW Service experience preferred
PACS, DICOM, HL7 technical experience an important asset
Experience with enterprise visualization infrastructure- network and server technology
