Role Summary/Purpose: The Modality Service Specialist is working at regional level, closely with the ASEAN Customer Care Manager. The incumbent provides strong leadership to drive proactively the Service Delivery and takes ownership for the timely resolution of customer satisfaction opportunities. Responding for the technical expertise of Field Engineers and Technical Specialists in the region and drives field based quality and productivity within the modality.

Position will be based in Indonesia.
Essential Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Functioning as the focal point for regional technical expertise coordination and multifunctional coordination of CSO alerts (all levels) by efficiently managing the local dealer(s) team of Support Engineers for HCIT solutions.

2. Proactively supporting Field Engineers to ensure customer satisfaction in the region.

3. Providing strong leadership and organizing field based training.

4. Resolve high severity incidents escalated from Field Engineers and/or local dealer(s) Support Engineers to achieve prompt resolution.

5. Ensure that the operational status of designated solution is meeting or exceeding the uptime guarantee.

6. Provide advanced, total system-level troubleshooting, maintenance and service support needs on designated solution.

7. Proactively proposing projects and programs to improve business in the region.

8. Ensuring efficient new product introductions through multifunctional coordination with HQ and region. Ensuring efficient NPI training plan.

9. Identify opportunities to up sell new features and services and assists in the growth and direction of business in his/her responsible geographic area.

10. Providing training and information on latest developments for field team.

11. Maintain effective quality systems and programs compliant with ISO 9001 standard, according to the GE Service Quality Policy Statement.
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Requires Bachelors Degree or Associates and 5 years of progressive experience within technical service role or equivalent (defined as High School Diploma/GED and 8 years progressive experience within technical service role: software, hardware, networks, databases, and/or desktops.

2. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to effectively interface with cross-functional teams.

3. Strong Customer skills; deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion, influences communications to achieve the desired results achieving high customer satisfaction.

4. Intermediate working knowledge of enterprise server, storage and virtualization software technologies.

5. High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently.

6. Ability to communicate using English and local language.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Desired Characteristics: 1. Bachelors Degree. Exposure or experience in Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle database management.

2. 5 years minimum experience working in a healthcare IT environment, particularly supporting RIS/PACS solutions.

3. Superior communication etiquette and an ability to deal with effectively with customers, peers and management.

4. Proven mentoring and coaching abilities with demonstrated ability to motivate & inspire others.

5. Strong understanding of the service business.

6. Knowledge of the technical development within the target market, ability to foresee new developments.

7. Proven leadership skills (experience in successfully managing people/projects/issues).

8. Drive changes with energy, passion & enthusiasm.

9. Demonstrated effective interpersonal, teamwork & networking skills.

10. External Focus: Understanding customer needs, marketplace dynamics, industry trends, & the competitive landscape in the industry/function & considering the external impact of business activities & decisions on the external environment.
