Job Number: 2621931
Business: GE Healthcare
Business Segment: Healthcare IT
About Us: API Healthcare is a great place to work!

How do we know? Because our employees told us so. API Healthcare employees at every location are engaged and happy with their employer, their manager and with the work they are performing. They are excited about the future and have a high level of trust in leadership.

Between April and May of 2015 we partnered with IBM to conduct an employee engagement survey. More than 91% of employees took the time to answer questions and provide us their feedback. Using this data, we have a clear understanding of what makes our employees happy and where we need to make improvements.

In February 2014, API Healthcare became part of the GE Healthcare family. The 2015 survey represented an opportunity to compare associate satisfaction after a little more than one-year. We were delighted with the results, which showed, despite the uncertainty and change that come from integrating into a much larger company, our employees remained satisfied and encouraged that we are on the right track. In fact, our engagement scores went up a full point in 2015, to 81% - which placed us in the Top 25% of all similar surveys conducted by IBM —a testament to the success of our integration with GE Healthcare.

There is a high level of confidence that leadership and management are doing the right things, and employees are happy to be part of the GE family. Our employees feel like they are connected to the larger vision, and 81% of them feel a personal sense of accomplishment in their work.

This doesn’t mean things are perfect. No company ever is. The difference at API Healthcare is that our leaders don’t ignore the feedback. They take input from employees very seriously and work hard to ensure follow up. If there are changes or improvements that can make API Healthcare a better place for our employees, leadership will not hesitate to make it happen.

There has never been a better time to join a team dedicated to excellence. For more information and to view career opportunities visit us at: www.apihealthcare.com/careers
