Essential Responsibilities: | - In-depth knowledge of optimal workflow and clinical requirements within the Cardivasular Unit - Coordinate and deliver first class training. Ensure post training reports are completed. - Create quality training material for customers as required. - Supporting the sale of GEHC products to the medical community by assisting the field Sales representatives with pre-sale demonstrations. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills required. - Ability to work to defined goals and deadlines. - Motivated, self-directed individual who can embrace a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. - Possess strong customer management skills and the ability to work in high-pressure environments. - Requirement to work to a high level of defined values and ethics. - Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training. - Work closely with the field sales organization to clinically support GE HCIT customers in pre-sales and post-sales situations including on site clinical in servicing, go-live support and troubleshooting. - Work with the Project Manager and Service Organization teams to coordinate training events at the assigned customer installation site. - Actively participate in the development of customer training tools and providing input in regards to relevant clinical tools needed for future products and services. - Provide training to services/support team, support service team in identifying and troubleshooting customer issues. Quality Specific Goals: - Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPAA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken. - Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, FDA etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken - Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. - Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. - Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization. - Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization. - Insure timely dispatch closure. - Insure completion of all field modifications instructions (FMI’s) within prescribed timeframe. Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible. |
Qualifications/Requirements: | - BS/BA, Associates or Registered Nurse (RN) certification. 5 years clinical experience. - 3 years of experience in respected clinical field. - Knowledgeable on the latest product platform of Cardiovascular unit - Willingness to travel extensively 80% (4 to 5 days a week, including weekends). - All clinical, modality and product experience must be current. - Candidate should be comfortable in a physician and clinical/patient care environment. - Ability to operate a PC and use Windows based software. Ability to work in a team oriented environment. Must have a valid driver's license. - Strong IT skills, ability to understand end-user requirements and based on the requirements customize, configure GE applications. |
