Role Summary/Purpose: Leading the application team by assigning application requests to the application team members. Making sure all Application members perform in a structured and productive manner. Making sure that all Application team are well trained and ready to support the HCIT team when needed.
Essential Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Application team making sure all the application requests are planned to cover sales, project, and service requests.
Also making sure that all applications specialists are up to date understanding all HCIT products and ready to support when needed.
Coordinate the delivery of customer training with the ITPS and Sales groups. Support the sales process in technical presentations of HCIT products where applicable. Answer a wide range of questions concerning software and clinical applications. Strong analytical and problem solving skills required. Produce well-written post-training reports and to provide written product feedback. Support tradeshow activity. Successful candidate will be a self-starter, self-directed individual in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. Possess strong customer management skills and the ability to work in high-pressure environments
Quality Specific Goals: Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
Insure timely dispatch closure.
Insure completion of all field modifications instructions (FMI’s) within prescribed timeframe. Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.
Qualifications/Requirements: BS/BA, Associates or RT (Radiology Technologist) certification. 5 years clinical experience; Prior exposure/experience with GE products: Willingness to travel extensively (4 to 5 days a week, including weekends). ; All clinical, modality and product experience must be current. Candidate should be comfortable in a physician and clinical/patient care environment. Ability to operate a PC and use Windows based software. Ability to work in a team oriented environment. Must have a valid driver's license.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Desired Characteristics: 7 years or more clinical experience, 5 years of Radiology Modalities experience, Must be able to multi task professional disposition and demeanor
